Brentwood, February 7, 2008: TRCWW has been selected to provide on-call design services for projects under $100,000.00 by Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT).

TRC will prepare, on a statewide basis, roadway plans and other requested preconstruction, administrative and/or general services on-call for ALDOT. Project duties include resurfacing, safety and intersection improvements. Other services include emergency projects, traffic control plans (TCP), erosion control plans (ECP), hydraulic design, project review and traffic engineering studies. ALDOT projects may also add bridge planning and other related work.

To be eligible to bid on projects and submit a proposal to ALDOT, state law requires that bidders be pre-qualified. TRC submitted a mandatory 26-page questionnaire/pre-qualification package and a 3-page proposal to become eligible to bid on ALDOT projects.
