TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design and contract administration services on this two-story, 22,000 square foot library located in historic downtown Fort Pierce.     The Mediterranean-style design is a requirement of the City Redevelopment program.  The library is the first phase of “Marina Square,” a $20 million project that will feature a hotel, shops, offices, and residential condominiums; all surrounding a parking garage with pool, outdoor restaurant, tennis courts, and landscaped plaza.
