TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design and contract administration on this office tower that consists of 18 floors plus a basement and accommodates 451,000 square feet of Class A office space, associated structured 1,234-space parking deck, and covered walkway across a structured pedestrian plaza at the existing Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta, Georgia.  The Centre complex has five high rise office towers, a specialty mall, award-winning gardens, landscaped park with water fountains, and a five-story carillon bell tower.  Award  1999 Award of Excellence American Concrete Institute – Georgia Chapter
