The Ridge Hill Village project is a nine story steel structure with architectural precast cladding built on top of a hill. The structure houses a total of 113 total apartments comprised of duplex apartments with recreation areas and terraces, multi-bedroom apartments and studio apartments with balconies. There are 808 parking spaces provided on the lower four levels. This project is phase 1 of 4 with each phase to be used as apartment residences.

The architectural precast cladding is light sand blasted buff cement on the lower four floors and a light sand blasted white cement at the upper tower floors.
