Jenkins & Charland/TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. is providing structural engineering design and contract administration on this six- and eight-story apartment complex that will wrap around three sides of a 5-level, 555-space parking garage.  Ground level retail space will occupy a small portion of the complex.  A fully landscaped amenities deck above the garage area will include a pool and clubhouse.
