TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design and contract administration services on this three-story, 120,000 square foot service center with 70 service bays. This state-of-the art structure has a 30,000 square foot showroom with café, offices and boutique, and key features such as: a polygon office and wait area with a full-height, faceted, glazed exterior wall system, and a 6,000 square foot service pit with steel supported automotive tracks with mechanical lifts.

Spread footings on Vibroflotation-improved soil supporting W-shape and HSS steel tube columns
Floor system is a combination rolled and castellated steel beams with a composite structural concrete floor
Exterior walls are precast concrete insulated sandwich panels
Lateral wind resistance is comprised of interior poured-in-place concrete shear walls
