TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc., offers a Three Phase approach to building restoration.

Phase I

Perform a site survey that includes observing deterioration to the building structure by a qualified, experienced member of our staff, knowledgeable in corrosion problems and solutions, and building maintenance. Provide a written report and opinion of Probable Costs. Thus, enabling the Management Team to make sound business decisions based on solid information.

Phase II

Using information gathered, we create a Project manual containing repair and restoration specifications. The Project Manual is also used to outline the bid selection process for choosing a qualified contractor. Owners and their agents are then able to compare “apples-to-apples” when selecting a contractor.

Phase III

TRC will represent the Owners by monitoring the repair work being completed by the contractor. Our staff assists the Owners with review of the contractor’s payment requests and verifies general compliance with the project specifications by observations of the work in progress.
