Nova Southeastern University - William & Norma Horvitz Administration Building

TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design and construction administration services on this new two-story, 62,000 square foot student services and administration building that overlooks a lake and fronts the main entrance boulevard to the campus. Offices are organized around a two-story rotunda. The use of architectural precast on the exterior provided an economical way to replicate the feel and detail of nearby older buildings that feature limestone façades.
