The 24-story tower delivers approximately 365,000 square feet of office space, complemented by over 15,000 square feet of ground-level retail, contributing to the continued growth and energy of the Gulch district.
TRC Worldwide Engineering served as the structural engineer of record, providing comprehensive design services for both the office tower and its 13-level integrated parking structure. The combined development spans approximately 870,000 square feet, designed to balance density, functionality, and long-term performance in a highly visible urban setting.
The structural system was engineered to support large, column-free floor plates, offering flexibility for modern tenant layouts while maintaining overall efficiency. TRC’s scope included the design and coordination of primary structural systems, foundations, and vertical cores—ensuring alignment between architectural intent and structural performance.
Working alongside Gresham Smith and Brasfield & Gorrie, TRC helped navigate site constraints and urban integration challenges, delivering a solution that enhances both the skyline and the surrounding infrastructure.
