The parking structure at The Marquis in Easton has been recognized with an Honorable Mention in the 2026 PCI Design Awards under the All-Precast Concrete Parking Structure category - highlighting excellence in both design and execution.
TRC Worldwide Engineering served as the precast engineer for the two-story garage, which supports the larger residential development above. The structure incorporates a wide range of precast elements, including double tees, girders, walls, stairs, landings, and thin-brick architectural cladding - balancing structural performance with visual integration.
A key factor in the project’s success was speed. Precast erection was completed in just over one month, allowing the overall development to stay ahead of schedule while maintaining quality and precision. The system also delivered inherent fire resistance, long-term durability, and the ability to seamlessly align with the surrounding architectural context.
