City of Marathon Fire Station #14 - Marathon, Florida Keys

TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design, contract administration and inspection services for this $6.1 million fire station which also serves as the City’s Emergency Operations Center (EOC). Completed in December 2007, this two-story, 17,500 square foot, concrete facility was built to withstand winds of 195 mph. The station has 3 vehicle bays, dormitory rooms, exercise facility, offices, a front public meeting room, and a full service kitchen.
