Hyatt Regency – Nashville, TN

Using BIM, TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. was involved with ESA on the pursuit for the structural engineering design for the Hyatt Regency Hotel. This project would have consisted of 3 distinct scenarios, with total square footage for the new structure will be in the range of 460,000 SF to 618,000 SF.

Our services would have included: providing structural design, preparation of a structural package, reproducible drawings, and construction administration services during construction. The structural system will consist of concrete shear walls and post-tensioned construction for the floor levels.
