The 5200 Hillsborough Parking Structure is a four-level, 116,581-square-foot facility planned as part of a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Designed to support urban density on a 2.94-acre site, the deck will offer 373 parking spaces - including 17 ADA-compliant spots - along with short- and long-term bike parking. 

TRC Worldwide Engineering is providing precast engineering services for the structure, which is being designed to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding five-story residential wrap. The layout emphasizes efficient circulation and optimal access to meet the demands of urban mixed-use development.

Once complete, the facility will serve as a key piece of infrastructure for a growing, high-density corridor in Raleigh.
