TRC provided structural engineering services for this high-bay, single-story industrial facility at Northfork Business Park. The building was designed to support long interior spans and flexible tenant use while maintaining a durable exterior envelope suited to industrial operations.

The structural system incorporates perimeter concrete shear walls working in combination with long-span interior steel framing to deliver efficient load distribution and open floor areas. TRC also engineered the exterior tilt-up concrete wall panels, providing a cost-effective and constructible solution that supports both lateral performance and building enclosure durability.
