TRC Worldwide Engineering provided precast engineering services for the Bartow Parking Garage, delivered as part of a design-build team led by HOAR Construction. Architectural and landscape architectural services were provided by Straughn Trout Architects.

Located in the heart of Bartow, the garage delivers 679 parking spaces serving the County Administration Building, Courthouse, and Crow Building. The structure was designed to support daily civic demand while accommodating public parking, bus stop stations, and dedicated media parking areas.

TRCWW’s precast engineering supported the garage’s structural efficiency, durability, and constructability, including coordination of the precast framing systems and façade elements. A covered pedestrian walkway connects the garage to the County Courthouse, enhancing safety and weather protection for users moving between facilities.
