TRC provided structural engineering design, contract administration, and threshold inspection services for this 295-room luxury golf resort situated on a 140-acre site.

The development features a seven-story guestroom tower and a two-story, 20,000-square-foot ballroom and restaurant, along with resort amenities including a heated pool and deck, four lighted tennis courts, and a full-service fitness center with weight training and massage facilities.

The structural system utilizes cast-in-place reinforced concrete columns and shear walls with reinforced post-tensioned concrete floor slabs to provide strength and long-span efficiency. Post-tensioned concrete transfer beams at Levels 2 and 11 support the vertical load transitions required by the architectural program, while reinforced concrete masonry unit infill walls complete the structural envelope.

The completed resort delivers a durable, high-performance structural solution tailored to the demands of large-scale hospitality development.
