TRC Worldwide Engineering provided structural engineering services for the campus housing and support facilities, including a four-story cadet housing building (approximately 92,100 SF), an in-service housing facility (approximately 57,400 SF), a dining and food service building (approximately 14,300 SF), and a kennel structure (approximately 4,600 SF).
Each structure utilizes conventional concrete block and hollow-core plank systems supported by spread footings on improved soils. The structural design was developed in close coordination with geotechnical requirements and site grading conditions, including localized retaining wall integration at building perimeters.
Designed to accommodate more than 600 residents, the campus combines residential, dining, and support amenities into a cohesive environment that supports both daily living and intensive training schedules. Facilities include housing for over 400 cadets, hotel-style accommodations for in-service personnel, and centralized dining and gathering spaces.
