Hillsborough Community College – Dale Mabry Campus - Hawks Landing Student Housing Community - Tampa, Florida

TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design, construction administration and threshold inspection services for the College’s first residential housing community that includes a Town Hall and Visitors Center with a pool. The new $16 million dorm complex is on 7.38 acres with ten, three-story buildings for a total of 420 beds and parking for 420 cars. Most of the residential units consist of four bedrooms with a kitchen and living/dining room, a computer study room on each floor, a centralized laundry room, fitness area and meeting space.
