Brookwood - Mixed Use Condominium/Retail - Atlanta, Georgia
TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design and contract administration services on this exclusive twenty-story, high-rise mixed use building located at 28th Street and Peachtree Road in Atlanta. The high-rise includes 21,500 square feet of retail space, a three-level, 483-space underground parking garage with above-ground, 141-space parking for restaurant and retail customers, and 272 luxurious condominium residences.
Homeowners will enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows with views of downtown, mid-town and Buckhead, and Owner's Club, pool, and fitness facilities. The developers are working to make The Brookwood the first condominium project in Atlanta to earn a LEED (Leadership in Energy Environmental Design) certification.
