Himmarshee Landing - Fort Lauderdale, Florida

TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design, contract administration and threshold inspection services on this mixed-use project that combines retail, restaurant, office, parking and townhomes to create a neighborhood setting in the downtown's historic section. Himmarshee Landing consists of a five-story, 61,000 square foot retail office building with an attached five and a half-story, 86,000 square foot, 140-space covered parking garage surrounded by nine three-story high-end residential townhomes. Also included is a central two-story atrium, 9,500 square foot restaurant and retail space with a 650 square foot covered waterfront dining area and a pedestrian plaza.
