TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design and contract administration services on this three-story, mixed use building with ground level parking. The Mediterranean-style structure will have retail and office space on the ground floor, office space on the second story, and residential units, each with their own covered roof-top terrace, occupying the third level.
