Renaissance on the River Fort Pierce, Florida
TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design and construction administration services on this 223,900 square foot, mixed use building located on the waterfront in historic Downtown Fort Pierce. The Renaissance community offers 38 luxury condominium homes with specialty shops and restaurants.
Amenities include an internal atrium with gardens and fountains, sun deck, elevated interior heated swimming pool with whirlpool spa, poolside social lounge and party room, a catering kitchen and dance floor, billiards room, fitness center with state-of-the art equipment, baths, shower and Finnish sauna.
