Bank of America Office Building - Mesa, Arizona

As part of the ten-story office building development within the city of Mesa Arizona, the Bank of America needed a parking structure to serve their new mid-rise facility. A five-level above-grade parking garage was constructed. TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. was the prime designer for the precast structure. The 1,200 space parking structure is located at the rear of the office tower. Brick was used in the exterior façade to match the adjacent building.
