TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering services and parking layouts for this 118,000 GSF, 2-bay parking deck in a tight urban setting, required for a redeveloped mixed-use tower and existing bank location. Ground level incorporates heavy truck traffic through the length of one bay requiring a higher than normal first elevated level. Utilization of transitioning speed ramps exterior to, and within the foot print of deck, created parking zones near critical office lobby entrance.
