TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. is providing structural engineering design, contract administration and threshold inspection services on this mid-rise boutique condo hotel resort situated just steps away from the Ocean and the famed Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. The multi-use facility will include roof gardens with a pool deck and bar, panoramic views of the ocean, beaches, and intra-coastal waterway, courtyards adorned with tropical plants and fountains, day spa and gym, restaurants, retail shops and a 57,000 square foot robotic parking garage.
