TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design, contract administration and threshold inspection services on this 1000-unit complex that includes four 24-story private luxury condominiums with panoramic views of the bay and Atlantic Ocean. The 18-acre private waterfront gated community also features a private marina, 13,000 square foot on-site neighborhood retail, tennis courts and clubhouse that includes a fully-equipped fitness center, steam room and sauna.
