Scottsdale Healthcare – Shea Campus - Scottsdale, Arizona
This five level parking structure contains 402 spaces. This facility provides visitor parking for an adjacent facility. The ramping design utilizes an exterior "speed ramp" from one level to the next. This provides a clear sight line of the entire level. This was a design-build project.
