Avalon on the Sound II - New Rochelle, New York
TRC provided precast design and detailing services on this project. This parking garage is a six supported level two bay parking deck. One internal full height stair/elevator tower and one full height "punch through" type stair tower. Exterior spandrels and wall panels contain "thin brick" cladding and a "cut stone" appearance created with form liner. This parking garage consists of approximately 111,000 square foot of supported precast double tees.
