TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design, contract administration and threshold inspection services for this gated mixed-use village community of 272 luxury residences, on-site boutique retailers and restaurants, boardwalk, and a multimillion-dollar fitness / entertainment / water complex, set on approximately 10 acres. Condo floor plans include two-story Brownstones, loft-style units, single-level village homes and tower suites. The W Club clubhouse includes an 8,000 square foot multi-level multi-use clubhouse with kitchens, bar area, large terraces, a 4,000 square foot state-of-the art fitness center, private screening theater with video/sound system, and business and computer center.
