TRC Worldwide Engineering provided structural engineering services in support of the architect for this new precast concrete correctional facility in Whiteville, Tennessee. The medium-security institution is owned by the Corrections Corporation of America and developed as part of the ongoing statewide building program with the Tennessee Department of Corrections.
